This policy explains what personal data Meta Resources Group collects through this website, how we use it, and your rights. We do not run advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind on this site.
Who we are
Meta Resources Group, Inc. ("MRG", "we", "us") is a global talent and transformation firm headquartered in the United States. We are the data controller for personal data collected through www.metaresourcesgroup.com. For any privacy questions, contact us at Info@MetaResourcesGroup.com.
Data we collect and why
Contact form. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is transmitted via our email delivery service to our internal team inbox and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to a business inquiry). We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course of email housekeeping.
Resume drop / job applications. When you submit your résumé through this site, we collect your full name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and the résumé file you upload. This data is transmitted to our applicant tracking system and used to evaluate your suitability for open and future roles. Our ATS provider processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We retain application data for up to 12 months after initial receipt, or longer if an active hiring process is underway. Lawful basis: pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject.
Security (Cloudflare Turnstile). Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting bot-protection service. Turnstile analyses browser signals to confirm a human is submitting the form. It may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) that expires when your browser session ends. No data collected by Turnstile is used for advertising or profiling. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Server logs. Like all web servers, our cloud hosting provider automatically records your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit in standard access logs. These logs are used for security and operational purposes only and are retained for 30 days. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (site security and abuse prevention).
Third-party services we use
Fonts used on this site are self-hosted — your browser does not contact any external font CDN. However, this site does load certain scripts and assets from third-party content delivery networks at page load: animation libraries from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net, and a globe texture image from unpkg.com. Loading these resources causes your browser to send your IP address to those servers. These providers are infrastructure-level CDN services and do not use this data for advertising or profiling. Cloudflare's global network may route these requests through servers in multiple countries, including outside the EEA/UK.
We are working to eliminate these remaining external dependencies by self-hosting all scripts. Until that work is complete, these requests occur on every page load.

International data transfers
MRG is headquartered in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate. Cloudflare maintains Standard Contractual Clauses and an EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification covering its services. Other CDN providers similarly maintain transfer mechanisms for their EU/UK operations. Where we transfer personal data outside your home jurisdiction, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection is in place.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on any individual. All decisions relating to job applications and client inquiries are made by our team.
Cookies
We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The only cookie this site may set is Cloudflare's __cf_bm security cookie on contact form pages. This cookie is strictly necessary to protect the form from automated abuse and does not track you across websites. It expires at the end of your browser session. We record your dismissal of the cookie notice using your browser's localStorage (not a cookie), solely to avoid showing the notice repeatedly.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights over personal data we hold about you: the right to access a copy of your data; the right to have inaccurate data corrected; the right to have your data erased (where we have no legal obligation to retain it); the right to restrict or object to our processing; and the right to data portability. We do not use automated decision-making, so Article 22 GDPR does not apply. To exercise any of these rights, email us at Info@MetaResourcesGroup.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" — we respond within 30 days and will do our best to resolve your concern directly. If after that you remain unsatisfied, EU/UK residents may escalate to their local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, this section describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Categories of personal information collected. We collect identifiers (name, email address), internet or other network activity (server logs, IP address), and professional information (LinkedIn profile URL, résumé contents) as described in the sections above.
Purpose of collection. We collect this information to respond to business inquiries, evaluate job applications, and operate and secure this website. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those reasonably expected for the services we provide.
Your California rights. California residents may request: (1) disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; (2) deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal retention obligations; and (3) correction of inaccurate personal information. You also have the right to know whether your personal information is sold or shared — it is not. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out mechanism is required, but you may contact us at any time to ask us to delete your data.
Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your California privacy rights.
